Become an OFCC Member.
The Oklahoma Film Critics Circle (OFCC) welcomes new voices to diversify and expand our membership. We accept applications from March 1 to June 30 of each calendar year.
Qualifications:
To join OFCC, an applicant must be an Oklahoma-based film critic, scholar or reviewer who actively writes, produces or contributes to screen-narrative criticism and/or coverage. Content must be produced for a local, state, regional, national or web-based publication for a professional or self-published media outlet.
Members must also publish at least twice monthly (on average over a calendar year) one of the following under their own names:
film reviews (print, broadcast or online)
feature stories about films and film culture
interviews with filmmakers of all disciplines (directors, writers, actors, producers, etc.)
general film reporting

Participate in a regional critics group supporting local awareness and appreciation of film culture and the film industry in Oklahoma.
Vote for the OFCC annual awards to highlight the best films of the year.
Access to For Your Consideration (FYC) screeners and screenings.
Serve as a judge for the Best Oklahoma Film categories at the deadCenter Film Festival and other regional film festivals.
Opportunities to host public screenings or represent OFCC at film-related events.
